Small Update! Demo version 2.2 is live!
Fixes:
-breathe effect on all sprites was removed
-menu icon graphics were polished up
-the demo is now in a ZIP archive instead of a RAR for easier accessibility
(thanks to the user CosmicWheels on Gamejolt for the valuable feedback!)
In other news, the game has hit Rank 1 in popularity on the RPG Maker section! I hope it's also popular on Steam!
